STRICT cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled over the time requirement will be charged 50% of the service. A no-show will be charged 100% of the service. All client bookings give consent to these actions and agree to the policy. Thank you for respecting my time.
